PRESS RELEASE – North Salem State Bank Announces Promotion of Nikki Hollingsworth to Assistant Retail Operations Manager

North Salem, IN – December 3rd, 2025 – The North Salem State Bank (NSSB) is proud to announce the promotion of Nikki Hollingsworth to Assistant Retail Operations Manager. In this expanded role, Nikki will oversee the full suite of retail products and services, ensuring they remain current with all updates and enhancements. She will also play a key role in hiring new talent. Nikki will engage and coach retail team members through internal and external learning opportunities, supervising by example and building accountability in support of the bank’s mission.

To our Lebanon community, though her role has changed, she will still be around town to help in any way she can! Nikki has been with North Salem State Bank since 2013, most recently as the Lebanon Branch Manager, and brings 12 years of banking experience to her new role. A resident of Lebanon in Boone County, Nikki graduated from Tri West High School in 2001, in nearby Hendricks County. Deeply committed to serving her community, Nikki is actively involved in several local organizations. She currently serves as President of the Boone County Cancer Society Board of Directors, President of the Kiwanis Club of Lebanon, Treasurer of the Lebanon Tigers Wrestling Club, and is extremely active in Boone County 4-H.

Over the years, her leadership and service have been widely recognized. She is a 2017 graduate of the Boone County Leadership program, a 2021 graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association’s Leadership Development Program and was named Kiwanian of the Year in 2022. “Nikki is extremely loyal and hardworking. She has continually gone above and beyond, which shows a true reflection of her dedication to NSSB and to her community. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Nikki enjoys spending time in the barn, attending livestock shows with her family, and camping. She and her husband Neil, reside on their family cattle farm just outside Lebanon with their sons Cody and Cooper, and their dog, Pickles.
