PRESS RELEASE – North Salem State Bank Names Chad Johnson as Commercial Lender

North Salem, IN – December 11th, 2025 – The North Salem State Bank (NSSB) is pleased to welcome Chad Johnson, as the bank’s newest Commercial Lender, located at the Lebanon branch, serving Boone County.  Chad will assist customers with commercial loans, agricultural financing, and mortgage lending, providing personalized guidance to help individuals, families, and local businesses achieve their financial goals.

A Boone County native and graduate of Western Boone High School, Chad brings a deep understanding of the community he serves.  Before joining NSSB, Chad spent 30 years as the General Manager of Operations for a restaurant supply company in Indianapolis, where he developed strong business, financial and customer service skills, giving him a firsthand understanding of what local businesses and families need to thrive.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, DJing, fishing, and traveling out west.  Chad and his wife, Marsha, also share their home with their great pyrenees, Mira, and are active supporters of local 4-H programs.
