PRESS RELEASE – North Salem State Bank Names Courtney Dillon as Lebanon Branch Manager

North Salem, IN – December 15th, 2025 – The North Salem State Bank (NSSB) is pleased to announce that Courtney Dillon has been named Branch Manager of the Lebanon banking center!

A Boone County native and graduate of Lebanon High School, Courtney brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her role and is deeply committed to helping customers navigate their financial needs with confidence and care.

Courtney joined NSSB in 2013 as the branch manager of the Lebanon Banking Center.  Her career has since included managing the North Salem and Jamestown Banking Centers, ultimately bringing her back to Lebanon to once again lead the banking center as their branch manager.

Courtney’s dedication to serving others is reflected through her involvement as Treasurer of the Jamestown Community Partnership and Treasurer of the North Salem Old-Fashion Days program.  She also volunteers her time with the Boone County Community Foundation Scholarship Program and the United Way VITA program.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her two sons, both proud Western Boone graduates, and has recently discovered a love for golf.
